三年来,借助特色学校建设这一平台,我们先后赴四个省市参加培训一百余次,多次迎接了专家实地指导。我在网络研修中累计发帖158条,撰写培训心得体会四十余篇,视野逐步得到开阔,理念逐步得以更新,聚焦课程内涵育人也初见成效。今天我从特色定位、教师成长、学生发展三个方面进行交流。一、课程育人,领悟特色内涵创建特色之初,对课程单一理解为学科课程,通过与白淑兰校长
