装载机工作装置强度直接关系到整机的使用性能和寿命.对工作装置进行精确的强度分析是改进设计和研制新结构的重要环节.为了提高强度设计的可靠性,缩短新结构研制时间,我们试用电算来确定工作装置强度设计中典型工况、采用模型模拟静载电测和平面有限元法来测定和计算工作装置的应力和应变.在论述、计算、试验、分析、比较后,尤其经过样机实测,证明上述各种方法是装载机工作装置强度设计中精确、简便、实用的方法.
