我国大部分油田已进入油田开发中后期,目前油田产出液平均综合含水率已超过80%,导致大量含油污水产生~([1])。本文针对大庆油田第八采油厂污水处理为基础进行分析,提出现有的水剂絮凝剂存在用量大、费用高、人工强度大等不足。通过对第八采油厂絮凝剂及现有加药装置进行研究,以降低运行成本、降低工人劳动强度为目的,引入干粉絮凝剂以及干粉絮凝剂加药装置,并对其可行性进行研究。
Most of our country’s oilfields have entered the middle and late stages of oilfield development. At present, the average integrated moisture content of oilfield production has exceeded 80%, resulting in a large amount of oil-bearing wastewater [1]. Based on the analysis of the wastewater treatment of the eighth oil recovery plant in Daqing Oilfield, this paper puts forward that the existing waterborne flocculants have the disadvantages of large dosage, high cost and large artificial strength. Through the study of the eighth oil recovery plant flocculant and the existing dosing device to reduce operating costs and reduce labor intensity for the purpose of introducing dry flocculant and dry flocculant dosing device, and to study its feasibility.
