随着我厂产品品种的不断增加和拔金机械化程度的逐步提高,压延零件已被广泛采用。在设计中,合理选择和应用压延系数,是一项十分重要的工作,因为它直接影响压延次数。为此,我们于去年底对筒形件、凸缘筒形件和盒形件等典型零件进行了压延试验。试验时采用的模具为生产上常用的不同几何形状和尺寸的压延模具;试验用的材料为铜、铝、碳钢等有色金属和黑色金属,厚度由0.5到1.5毫米共五种。现将试验情况小结如下。
With the continuous expansion of product varieties in our factory and the gradual increase of the degree of mechanization, the calendered parts have been widely adopted. In the design, a reasonable choice and application of rolling coefficient, is a very important task, because it directly affects the rolling number. For this purpose, we carried out rolling tests on typical parts such as cylindrical parts, flanged cylindrical parts and box-shaped parts at the end of last year. The mold used in the test is a calender mold with different geometries and sizes commonly used in production. The test materials are non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, carbon steel and ferrous metals with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm. Now the test summary is as follows.
