运用实地考察法、文献调研法、统计分析法对高校图书馆纸质期刊利用中存在的主要问题,如利用率显著下降、管理与服务不到位等进行梳理和总结,分析产生问题的原因,提出切实可行的解决措施,旨在更好地完善图书馆期刊管理与服务。
