针对射频微机电系统(MEMS)移相器在传统设计过程中参数的复杂性和关联性以及设计过程繁琐等问题,提出了一种基于混合自适应变异粒子群算法设计的新思路。通过将改进后的粒子群算法运用到MEMS移相器性能的研究中,简化其设计过程。与传统的设计方法相比,节省了大量的时间并表现出优良的性能,实现了0度~90度任意相移量,而且移相器的相移精度也显著提高。结论表明该方法能够有效的应用于MEMS移相器的设计。
In view of the complexity and relevance of RF MEMS phase shifter in the traditional design process and the cumbersome design process, a new idea based on Hybrid Adaptive Mutation Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is proposed. Through the application of the improved particle swarm optimization to MEMS phase shifter, the design process is simplified. Compared with the traditional design method, saving a lot of time and showing excellent performance, to achieve any phase shift from 0 degrees to 90 degrees, and phase shifter phase shift accuracy is also significantly improved. The conclusion shows that this method can be effectively applied to the design of MEMS phase shifter.
