随着《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》以及《河北省大力发展学前教育的若干意见》的颁布实施,农村学前教育师资培养模式研究已经成为一个紧迫的课题。幼教师资的培养,只有立足实际、贴近需要,才能成为经受住历史考验的人才培养模式。
With the promulgation and implementation of “Several Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development of Pre-primary Education” and “Several Opinions on Vigorously Developing Pre-primary Education in Hebei Province”, research on the training model of rural preschool teachers has become an urgent issue. Only by basing itself on actual conditions and by approaching needs in order to cultivate kindergarten teachers can we become qualified personnel training models that have stood the test of history.
