本工作研究了MoCl4-(i-Bu)_2AlO CH_3 催化剂在30-70℃时引发丁二烯(Bd)聚合的动力学行为,测定了Bd和催化剂的反应级数,求得了催化剂的利用率、活性中心浓度和平均寿命等动力学参数。结果表明,聚合速度对Bd浓度和主催化剂浓度均呈一级关系,速度方程式为-d[Bd]/dt=k_pα[MoCl_4][Bd],总活化能为 17.4千卡/摩尔;催化剂的利用率约为 1.5%;当聚合温度由30℃升高到70℃时,活性中心的平均寿命相应地由81分钟减少到4分钟。
In this work, the kinetics of polymerization of butadiene initiated by MoCl4- (i-Bu) _2AlO CH_3 catalyst at 30-70 ℃ was investigated. The reaction order of Bd and catalyst was measured, and the utilization rate of catalyst, Activity center concentration and average life expectancy and other kinetic parameters. The results show that the polymerization rate has a first order relationship with the concentration of Bd and the concentration of the main catalyst. The velocity equation is -d [Bd] / dt = kpα [MoCl 4] [Bd]. The total activation energy is 17.4 kcal / mol. When the polymerization temperature was increased from 30 ℃ to 70 ℃, the average life span of the active center was reduced from 81 minutes to 4 minutes.
