引言 自本世纪六十年代,印度科学家S.Guha在蔓陀萝上取得花粉植株以来,许多植物的花药培养均取得了成功,通过花药培养,得到了小麦,水稻等新品种。花药培养已成为获得新品种的一条途径。柑桔花药培养可为柑桔遗传育种研究提供许多有价值的材料。日本首先在枳壳上得到花粉植株。随后,我国在四季桔、雪柑等柑桔种上也培养出花粉植株。由于花药培养受环境因素,如气候、树体生理状况等的影响较大,因此有必要研究在我国的环境条件下,枳壳花粉植株的再生技术,以便在育种实践中更好地利用这一抗寒资源。
