以狐米草种子的无菌苗和幼穗为外植体 ,在 MS培养基上再生出完整的小植株。在培养基中添加 0 .1mg/ L GA3,狐米草种子的发芽率由 5 .7%提高到 2 0 .9%左右 ;仍不能发芽的种子 ,用刀剖开后再接种 ,发芽率达49.0 %。获得了两种类型的愈伤组织 :白色、光滑的非胚性愈伤组织 ;绿色、结节状的胚性愈伤组织。非胚性愈伤组织诱导再生植株的频率为 3.0 % ,胚性愈伤组织诱导再生植株的频率为 1 0 0 .0 %。研究建立起狐米草离体培养植株再生的技术体系
The sterile plantlets and young ears of foxtail grass seeds were used as explants to regenerate intact plantlets on MS medium. Adding 0.1 mg / L GA3 into the medium, the germination rate of foxtail grass seeds increased from 5.7% to 20.9%; seeds that were still unable to germinate were dissected with a knife and then inoculated with the germination rate 49.0%. Two types of callus were obtained: white, smooth non-embryogenic callus; green, nodular embryogenic callus. The frequency of non-embryogenic callus induction regenerated plants was 3.0%, and that of embryogenic callus induction regenerated plants was 100.0%.
