表征多孔混凝土排水基层排水性能的主要指标为空隙率和渗透系数,前者又分为全空隙率和有效空隙率。采用体积法试验测试多孔混凝土的空隙率,并利用自行研制的渗透仪测试多孔混凝土的渗透系数。试验结果表明:多孔混凝土有效空隙率随全空隙率的增大而增大,有效空隙率与全空隙率的比值亦随之增大,二者之间存在二次项关系;渗透系数与空隙率之间存在幂指数关系,渗透系数随空隙率的增大而增大。此外,针对多孔混凝土排水基层的特点,提出其空隙率与渗透系数设计标准。
The main indexes that characterize the draining performance of porous concrete drainage base are porosity and permeability coefficient, the former is divided into full porosity and effective porosity. The volumetric method was used to test the porosity of porous concrete, and the permeability coefficient of porous concrete was tested by using self-developed permeameter. The experimental results show that the effective porosity of porous concrete increases with the increase of total porosity, and the ratio of effective porosity to total porosity also increases with a quadratic relationship between them. The permeability coefficient and porosity Exponential relationship exists between the permeability coefficient increases with the increase of porosity. In addition, according to the characteristics of porous concrete drainage base, the design criteria of porosity and permeability coefficient are proposed.
