采用大鼠进行热暴露试验 ,电解质、维生素以泡腾饮料形式给予 ,以纯水作为对照 ,观察死亡情况以及外周血电解质浓度、丙二醛水平、SOD与GSHPx活性和内毒素水平变化 ,以探讨热应激状态下复合电解质、维生素饮料对大鼠的保护作用及其机制。结果显示 :试验组动物热暴露后的死亡率显著低于对照组 ,饮料对热暴露大鼠外周血电解质浓度、丙二醛水平、GSHPx活性和内毒素水平变化具有显著干预作用。本试验中的复合电解质维生素饮料具有显著的抗热应激的作用 ,机制与改善体内水电解质平衡、抑制脂质过氧化反应、减少内毒素进入体内有关。
Rats were subjected to thermal exposure. Electrolytes and vitamins were given as effervescent drink. Pure water was used as a control to observe the death and the changes of peripheral blood electrolytes, malondialdehyde, SOD and GSHPx activities and endotoxin levels Protective Effect and Mechanism of Composite Electrolytes and Vitamin Drink on Rats under Heat Stress. The results showed that the mortality rate of animals after heat exposure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The beverage had a significant intervention on the changes of peripheral electrolytes, malondialdehyde level, GSHPx activity and endotoxin level in heat exposed rats. In this study, the composite electrolyte vitamin drink has a significant anti-heat stress effect, mechanism and improve the body’s water and electrolyte balance, inhibition of lipid peroxidation, reduce endotoxin into the body.
