介绍高速铁路工程施工中已用于运输混凝土预制梁的900t运梁车的主要结构,论述运梁车悬挂系统的分组方法及各悬挂的受力情况。由于运输混凝土预制梁时,运梁车的受力情况比较恶劣,因此运梁车在设计过程中注意了几个问题:在液压系统中,将32个悬挂液压缸分为4组,每组8个,在每组悬挂中,其液压系统是相通的,因此其受力相同;起吊混凝土预制梁时,4点起吊,3点平衡;利用单芯防爆阀和双芯防爆阀确保了运梁车的安全性。给出了运梁车的整体悬挂图及单组悬挂系统图。
