本文阐述了利用等离子弧对钢铁材料进行相变硬化热处理的原理及工艺。分析了经处理后的几种常用钢材硬化区的结构,显微组织,硬度分布等特点及机理。试验结果表明,用等离子弧进行钢铁材料表面相变硬化是可行的。其处理结果与激光、电子束处理特点相似,并具有设备简单、便宜、操作容易、表面无氧化等优点。是一种有开发前途的高能密度热处理新技术,很大程度上可用以代替激光、电子束表面硬化处理。
This paper describes the use of plasma arc hardening of the steel material for the principle and process hardening heat treatment. The structure, microstructure and hardness distribution of several commonly used steel hardened zones were analyzed. The experimental results show that it is feasible to use plasma arc for phase transformation hardening on the surface of steel. Its processing results and laser, electron beam processing characteristics similar to, and has the equipment is simple, cheap, easy to operate, the surface without oxidation and so on. Is a promising new technology of high-energy density heat treatment, which can be largely used instead of laser and e-beam surface hardening.
