目的 探讨精浆 Zn 与 Cu Zn - S O D 之间的关系, Cu Zn - S O D 对慢性细菌性前列腺炎的影响,以及氧自由基在慢性细菌性前列腺炎中的作用。方法 采用电位溶出法和放射免疫分析法,测定了71 例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者和279 例非慢性细菌性前列腺炎男性精浆 Zn 和 Cu Zn - S O D 的含量。结果 慢性细菌性前列腺炎组精浆 Zn 和 Cu Zn - S O D 含量较对照组明显降低( P< 0001) ,精浆 Zn 和 Cu Zn - S O D 含量间存在显著正相关( P< 0001) ,且前列腺液 W B C 与精浆 Zn 和 Cu Zn - S O D 含量均呈负相关( P< 001) 。结论 慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者精浆 Zn 和 Cu Zn - S O D 含量下降,间接表明氧自由基与慢性细菌性前列腺炎有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Zn and Cu Zn - S O D, the effect of Cu Zn - S O D on chronic bacterial prostatitis and the role of oxygen free radicals in chronic bacterial prostatitis. Methods The contents of Zn and Cu Zn - S O D in seminal plasma of 71 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis and 279 semen of non - chronic bacterial prostatitis were determined by potentiometry and radioimmunoassay. Results The contents of Zn and Cu Zn - S O D in seminal plasma of patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0001), and there was a significant positive correlation between the contents of Zn and Cu Zn - S O D in seminal plasma (P < 0001), and the prostatic fluid W B C was negatively correlated with the content of Zn and Cu Zn - S O D in seminal fluid (P <001). Conclusion The content of Zn and Cu Zn - S O D in seminal fluid of patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis is decreased, which indirectly indicates that oxygen free radical is associated with chronic bacterial prostatitis.
