肺结核空洞形成原理肺部结核性病变的干酪样变液化后,它的坏死物经支气管、气管排出,便成了结核性空洞。肺基层组织是小泡,除非有其他因素使之萎缩,它们是永远地维持充气状态。肺小泡的充气状态主要是依靠着肺组织的弹力作用(向心力),与胸膜腔内的负压(离心力),互相协调平衡的机械作用。结核性空洞是肺部一个立体伤口,由于空洞内部组织破坏,弹力作用丧失,受到离心力向各方面的牵引,因此变成圆形空洞。这圆形状态是受向心与离心两方面 Tuberculosis cavity formation principle Pulmonary tuberculous lesions of caseous liquefaction, its necrosis through the bronchial, tracheal discharge, has become a tuberculous cavity.
