动漫产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,对各大院校以及高考学生而言,有着巨大的吸引力,每年有数十万计的学生投入到动漫产业里去,但现实是,动漫公司对于人才的要求与高职院校培养的人才有着较大的差距,这种差距如果不解决一方面会影响高校的发展,另一方面也会影响我国动漫产业的发展。本文从高职院校教学的特征出发,结合市场需求,探究当前高职动漫教育中的问题,提出面向对象的人才培养的方法。

However, the reality is that the animation companies have a great attraction for talents There is a big gap between the requirements and those trained by higher vocational colleges. If this gap is not solved, it will affect the development of colleges and universities, on the other hand, it will also affect the development of China’s cartoon and animation industry. Based on the characteristics of teaching in higher vocational colleges, this article explores the current problems in higher vocational education of cartoon and animation based on market demand, and puts forward the method of object-oriented personnel training.
