本文研究了以聚氯乙烯、硅橡胶为基、PZT压电陶瓷粉末为填料、采用压延和流延工艺方法,分别制备了厚度为100~250μm的热塑性压电塑料和热固性压电橡胶薄膜,并对其压电和物理老化等性能进行了研究,其性能稳定,压电常数d_(33)在1.5~25(PC/N)。我们将研制的复合压电薄膜在微压力传感器应用方面进行了探索性研究,阐述了压电薄膜做为压力传感器的基本原理,这种压力传感器结构极其简单,易于微型化。我们研制的复合压电薄膜传感器探头,可以将人体和手指的脉搏跳动及呼吸等信息转换成电信号,并将信号进行放大、图像显示和记录。
In this paper, PZT piezoelectric ceramic powders based on polyvinyl chloride and silicone rubber were used as filler, and the thermoplastic piezoelectric and thermosetting piezoelectric rubber films with thickness of 100 ~ 250μm were prepared by calendering and casting process respectively. The properties of piezoelectric and physical aging were studied. Its performance was stable and the piezoelectric constant d_ (33) was 1.5 ~ 25 (PC / N). We will develop a composite piezoelectric film in the application of micro-pressure sensor exploratory research, described the piezoelectric film as the basic principle of the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor structure is extremely simple and easy miniaturization. We developed the composite piezoelectric thin film sensor probe, the human body and fingers can be beat and breath and other information into electrical signals, and the signal amplification, image display and recording.
