本研究采用同体对照的方法,随机把12只大耳白兔分成5组。兔的左侧下颌体切除后缺损处用脱蛋白猪骨移植,右侧下颌骨体切除后骨缺损区用自体下颌骨移植。术后2、4、8、16、24周各处死兔子2只,进行 X 线照片和组织学观察。发现两种骨移植材料的骨修复过程相似。临床上可试用脱蛋白猪骨作为支架性骨移植材料替代自体骨移植。本实验为临床应用提供了初步的理论依据。
In this study, the method of homologous control, 12 rabbits were randomly divided into five groups. Rabbit's left mandibular body after debridement with deproteinized pig bone transplantation, the right mandibular body after resection of the defect with autologous mandibular bone transplantation. At 2, 4, 8, 16 and 24 weeks after operation, 2 rabbits were sacrificed and X-ray and histological examination were performed. The bone repair process was found to be similar for both bone graft materials. Clinical trial deproteinized pig bone as a scaffold instead of autologous bone graft material. This experiment provides a preliminary theoretical basis for clinical application.
