采用2009-2014年A股主板制造业上市公司的数据进行分析,考察了产品市场势力与公司价值之间的关系。通过实证研究发现:产品市场势力的增强有助于公司价值的提高;强产品市场势力对公司价值的贡献元大于低水平市场势力对公司价值的贡献程度,该研究提供了一条提高公司价值的途径,具有借鉴意义。
Based on the data of A-share listed manufacturing companies in 2009-2014, this paper examines the relationship between product market power and firm value. Through empirical research, it is found that the enhancement of the market power of the product helps to improve the value of the company. The contribution of the strong product market power to the value of the company is greater than the contribution of the low-level market power to the value of the company.
