铜电解新型添加剂应用的研究

针对高镍高硫铜阳极电解产出的电铜含镍硫偏高进行了系统的研究。探讨了镍、硫的夹杂机理,提出了在电解过程中采用新型添加剂聚丙烯酰胺(JBN)和聚乙烯醇(JYC),并在模拟生产条件下进行了试验研究,取得了较好的结果,使电铜质量达到国家一级电铜的要求 A systematic study was conducted on the high copper-nickel-sulfur content of copper-nickel alloy produced by high-nickel high-sulfur copper anode electrolysis. The mechanism of inclusions between nickel and sulfur was discussed, and the new additive polyacrylamide (JBN) and polyvinyl alcohol (JYC) were proposed in the electrolysis process. The experimental study was carried out under simulated conditions and good results were obtained. So that the quality of electric copper reached the national level of copper requirements
