某平地机在工作过程中,车轮轴与轴承内圈的配合面发生了不应有的相对运动,导致车轮轴表面研损,形成凹坑。凹坑的总面积约占车轮轴外圆配合表面总面积的1/5~1/4,影响了车轮轴的正常工作性能。通过合理选用堆焊材料并采取严格的工艺措施,对失效的车轮轴实施再制造。介绍失效车轮轴的耐磨合金堆焊再制造工艺。再制造车轮轴的成本仅为新件的25%左右,且耐磨性高于新件,性价比高,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。
During the working process of a grader, the unintended relative movement between the mating surfaces of the wheel shaft and the bearing inner ring has occurred, resulting in the grinding of the surface of the wheel shaft to form pits.
