国际标准化组织（ISO）于1993年相继成立了一些新技术委员会，TC204便是其中之一。它主要职责在于交通信息和控制系统状况的总体目标和结构，以及与ISO整体计划的协调。
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1993 have set up a number of new technical committees, TC204 is one of them. It is primarily responsible for the overall objectives and structure of traffic information and control system conditions, as well as for coordination with the ISO overall plan.
