反腐不仅是保持党的先进性之必要,更是党的性质之体现,是保障人民民主权利之必须,是促进社会发展的必然。腐败的防治不仅需要制度的制约和监督,也需要价值理念的支撑和约束。“三严三实”是在关于作风建设的讲话中提出的,但其核心价值和内涵远不限于此,它是对党员干部提出的要求,也是对社会公众提出的希望。它涵盖了为人做事的原则,是行事做人的指南针。当党员干部及其国家工作人员都能以“三严三实”为内在修养之标准,必然有利于树立正确地价值观,必然能有力地从内在防止腐败之心,从而有效地预防腐败的发生。
