伺服电机带动减速机,经减速机减速后与超越离合器连接,超越离合器带动扭矩传感器,扭矩传感器与要调试的工件相连接进行调试。本文分为:(一)驱动装置。(二)驱动装置的过载保护计算与调整。驱动装置:在常规的设备驱动装置中,通常靠人工驱动方向盘,产生转动力矩,进行调阀人工试验。不可避免勉产生因为人输入扭矩大小,转速快与慢产生误差,使产品质量产生不稳定因素。此次设计主要驱动装置如下:表一
