随着十八大的召开,我国对职业教育赋予了新的内涵。高职院校是我国职业发展的一个重要领域,人力资源是高职院校的重要资源,对高职院校的生存和发展有着至关重要的作用。然而,传统意义上的人力资源管理难于适应时代发展之需,严重影响到其人才的培养和竞争力的提高。本文运用一种新型管理模式——柔性化管理模式,从文化及行为方面对高职院校人力资源管理进行探析。
With the convening of the 18th CPC National Congress, our country has given new meaning to vocational education. Vocational colleges are an important area of career development in our country. Human resources are important resources of higher vocational colleges and play an important role in the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. However, the traditional sense of human resource management is difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the times, seriously affecting its personnel training and competitiveness. This article uses a new type of management mode - flexible management mode, and analyzes the human resource management in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of culture and behavior.
