本文对7—11岁209名小学生唾液中Ca、Mg、K、Cl、P、F、乳酸脱氢酶N-乙酰-β-D-氨基萄葡糖苷酶、淀粉酶的含量和PH值进行了测定。用逐步回归的方法分析了唾液成份与齿龋的关系。所得结果说明,唾液中的F、P、PH与龋齿有关。用电子计算机求出的逐步回归方程表明了它们之间的数量关系。这样,就为用F、P来预防龋齿的发生提供了又一证据。同时,也求出了唾液中这些成份的正常值范围,并与血清值进行了比较。
