带钢热轧机支承辊磨损控制数学模型的开发

Roller wear originates from complex frictional conditions because the strip does not come into contact with the backup roll and the backup roll wear is sometimes not analyzed; however, after several rolling cycles wear on the backup roll becomes dangerous due to uneven pressure distribution. It is very important to study the surface degradation of back-up roll of strip hot-rolling mill in the development of strip-shaped automatic control system for hot strip mill. A mathematical model was developed based on the Hertz pressure distribution between two cylinders parallel to each axis. The model is used in real-time to calculate backup roll wear and, accordingly, to prevent over-wear of the backup roll resulting in finished product rework or equipment damage.
