庆阳县杨渠水电站有干部职工46人,担负着两个乡镇11个行政村、87个自然村、3752户群众、19个机关单位、21个乡镇企业的生产生活用电。近年来,杨渠水电站坚持以德育人,以诚兴企,使一个年利润不足2万元,负债高达21.2万元的濒临破产企业,发展为一个固定资产294万元,5年中资产增值66万元的县级四强企业。1996年,在计划经济下建立起来的杨渠水电站设备全部老化,职工工资无法保证,企业负债高达21.2万元,人心涣散,濒临破产。面对此情此景,新组建的领导班子在站长兼党支部书记王志宏的带领下,把强化职工政治理论教育作为企业起死回生的灵魂工程来抓,坚持在全体职工中开展邓小平理论教育、爱国主义教育、老区精神教育、职工道德教育、法制观念教育和江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想的教育。

The debts of enterprises reached as high as 212,000 yuan, causing disheartenedness and bankruptcy. Faced with this situation, under the leadership of Wang Zhihong, the stationmaster and party branch secretary, the newly-formed leadership team has taken the education of workers’ political theory as the soul project for the enterprise to return to life and insisted on carrying out Deng Xiaoping Theory education and patriotic education among all staff and workers. Education in the old areas, education in the moral standards of the staff and workers, education in the legal concept and education of Comrade Jiang Zemin and the important thought of "Three Represents.
