研究回转式空气予热器的热变形规律是改进密封设计,减小予热器漏风的首要问题。本文探讨了转子热态蘑菇状变形的曲线方程,总结了该方程的实用意义。分析了φ6.2术回转式空气予热器中转子的热变形,上、下径向扇形密封板的热变形及其固定点的热变形,并研究了这些热变形的相互关系,合理设计了整块的扇形密封板,简化了调节机构,保证了良好的密封性能。阐述了整体密封系统的要点。指出了影响该予热器密封性能的关键因素。
Studying the heat deformation law of the rotary air preheater is the most important issue to improve the seal design and reduce the air leakage of the preheater. In this paper, the curve equation of rotor mushroom deformation is discussed, and the practical significance of the equation is summarized. The thermal deformation of the rotor in the φ6.2 rotary air preheater, the thermal deformation of the upper and lower radial fan-shaped seal plates and the thermal deformation of the fixed point were analyzed. The correlation between these deformations was also studied. The monolithic fan seal plate simplifies the adjustment mechanism to ensure good sealing performance. Explain the key points of the whole seal system. The key factors that affect the sealing performance of the preheater are pointed out.
