须根腐解对丹参根际土壤化感物质的影响

目的:研究须根腐解对丹参根际土壤化感物质的影响。方法:采用XAD-4树脂提取并分离纯化丹参根际土壤化感物质,应用GC-MS对化感物质组成进行分析,利用面积归一化法计算各物质相对含量。结果:须根腐解能够使丹参根际土壤提取液中的化感物质的种类和含量明显增加。其中辛酸、乙醛、十六烷为丹参产生的主要化感物质,其相对含量与须根添加量呈正相关。须根腐解促使丹参产生有机酸类(乙酸、辛酸等)、小分子醛(乙醛等)、脂肪酸(十六烷酸等)、烃类(十六烷)、酚酸及衍生物类(邻苯二甲酸等)等一系列化感物质。结论:大田丹参残留须根在腐解后会促使植物产生一系列的化感物质,对丹参连作障碍的形成具有一定的促进作用。 Objective: To study the effect of fibrous root decomposing on allelochemicals of rhizosphere soil of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The allelochemicals of Rhizosphere soil were extracted and purified by XAD-4 resin. The composition of allelochemicals was analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each substance was calculated by area normalization method. Results: The fibrous root decay could make the species and content of allelochemicals in rhizosphere soil extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza significantly increase. Among them, octanoic acid, acetaldehyde and hexadecane are the main allelochemicals produced by Salvia miltiorrhiza, and their relative contents are positively correlated with the amount of fibrous roots. Soybean root decay prompted the production of organic acids (acetic acid, octanoic acid, etc.), small molecule aldehydes (acetaldehyde, etc.), fatty acids (hexadecanoic acid), hydrocarbons (hexadecane), phenolic acids and derivatives Phthalic acid, etc.) and a series of allelochemicals. CONCLUSION: The residual fibrous roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge in decay will cause plants to produce a series of allelochemicals, which may promote the formation of continuous dysfunction of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
