基于离散变量的网壳结构优化设计

以杆件横截面及工程中常用的两种球节点体积为设计变量 ,以工程造价为目标函数 ,采用基于离散变量的两级优化方法对空间网壳结构进行了优化设计 ;并采用Algor软件对优化设计结果进行了验证。为提高精度 ,在优化设计过程中采用了 0阶修正。最后通过两个算例 ,与满应力优化设计结果进行了比较 ,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。 Based on the cross-section of the bar and the volume of the two kinds of ball nodes commonly used in engineering as the design variables, the two-level optimization method based on discrete variables is adopted to optimize the design of the space grid shell with the project cost as the objective function. The result of optimization design was verified. To improve the accuracy, 0-order correction is adopted during the optimization design. Finally, two examples are compared with the result of full stress optimization design to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
