随着腹腔镜外科技术的不断发展,经腹腔镜肾上腺切除术(laparoscopic adrenalectomy)已成为治疗某些肾上腺疾病的方法。目前腹腔镜多用于肾上腺良性肿瘤的切除,效果较可靠,对于恶性肿瘤的腹腔镜切除术尚有争议。腹腔镜肾上腺切除术最常用的是经腹腔入路的方法。以下根据文献资料及本人8例腹腔镜肾上腺手术体会做一概括性介绍。
With the continuous development of laparoscopic surgery, laparoscopic adrenalectomy has become a method of treating some adrenal diseases. Currently laparoscopic resection of benign adrenal tumors, the effect is more reliable, laparoscopic resection of malignant tumors is still controversial. Laparoscopic adrenalectomy is the most commonly used method of transperitoneal approach. The following based on the literature and my 8 cases of laparoscopic adrenal surgery experience to do a general introduction.
