采用球形活性炭为载体,制备了用于乙炔氢氯化反应的载Cu催化剂,并采用TEM进行了表征。在常压固定床反应器中考察了溶剂、酸洗液、Cu的负载量、焙烧温度对Cu/C催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,以1 mol/L盐酸为溶剂,1 mol/L H_3PO_4为活性炭酸洗液,Cu的负载量为15%,焙烧温度为500℃时,该催化剂具有较高的分散度和反应活性。空速180 h~(-1)、V(HCl)/V(C_2H_2)=1.1、Cu的负载量为15%、温度180℃时,乙炔氢氯化反应的转化率可达68%以上,氯乙烯选择性不低于99.5%,同时具有较好的稳定性;在空速为540 h~(-1)时,其催化活性会因活性组分的团聚结晶而降低。
Using spherical activated carbon as a carrier, a supported Cu catalyst for acetylene hydrochlorination was prepared and characterized by TEM. The effects of solvent, pickling solution, Cu loading and calcination temperature on Cu / C catalyst performance were investigated in an atmospheric fixed-bed reactor. The results showed that 1 mol / L hydrochloric acid as solvent and 1 mol / L H_3PO_4 as active carbon acid washes, the loading of Cu was 15% and the calcination temperature was 500 ℃, the catalyst had high dispersion and reactivity. The conversion rate of acetylene hydrochlorination reached more than 68% when the space velocity was 180 h -1, V (HCl) / V (C 2 H 2) = 1.1 and the loading of Cu was 15% Ethylene selectivity of not less than 99.5%, and has good stability; at a space velocity of 540 h ~ (-1), the catalytic activity of the active components due to agglomeration and crystallization decreased.
