为了明确磷化氢在检疫处理枇杷(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.)携带桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel)中应用的可能,本文在8℃下,使用2.28 mg/L磷化氢,分别熏蒸处理2、4、6 d,并测定了磷化氢熏蒸对各虫态桔小实蝇的毒性及枇杷品质的影响。对各虫态桔小实蝇的毒力结果表明,枇杷中桔小实蝇各虫态对磷化氢的耐受性为3龄幼虫>2龄幼虫>1龄幼虫>卵,3龄幼虫是最耐受虫态,2.28 mg/L磷化氢熏蒸4 d可完全杀灭各虫态的桔小实蝇。品质测定结果表明,磷化氢熏蒸对枇杷的硬度、可溶性糖和总酸度等品质无明显影响,且对枇杷呼吸速率有一定抑制作用,降低了贮藏期间营养物质的消耗和损失,因而在枇杷的检疫处理中极具应用前景。
