天然橡胶(NR)的结晶性能是其具有优异力学性能的重要原因之一。本研究采用不同的凝固方法制备了NR生胶,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究蛋白质、水溶物、丙酮溶物对NR生胶低温诱导结晶过程中的结晶速率和结晶度的影响。结果表明,蛋白质和丙酮溶物可以促进NR的结晶并提高结晶度,水溶物则阻碍NR结晶。
The crystallization of natural rubber (NR) is one of the important reasons for its excellent mechanical properties. In this study, different coagulation methods were used to prepare NR gels. The effects of protein, water-soluble and acetone-soluble proteins on the crystallization rate and crystallinity of NR gels induced by low temperature were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the protein and acetone solute can promote the crystallization of NR and improve the crystallinity, water soluble matter hinder the crystallization of NR.
