目的 :考察复方润喉茶的药理作用。方法 :体内、体外抗病毒试验 ,体外抗菌试验 ,抗炎试验 ,镇痛试验以及祛痰试验。结果 :复方润喉茶有明显的体内外抗病毒作用 ,体内抗流感病毒ED50 为 2 61mg(生药 ) /kg ;有较好的体外抗菌作用 ,对肺炎球菌等 8个菌株的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)为 0 .0 2～ 0 .1 6g(生药 ) /ml;抗炎试验表明对抑制早期炎症效果较好 ,而对中、晚期炎症则效果不佳 ;此外还有镇痛、祛痰等作用。结论 :复方润喉茶对急性咽喉炎有较好的疗效 Objective : To investigate the pharmacological effects of compound throat tea. Methods: In vivo and in vitro antiviral tests, in vitro antibacterial tests, anti-inflammatory tests, analgesic tests, and sputum tests. Results: The compound throat tea has obvious antiviral effect in vivo and in vitro. The anti-influenza virus ED50 in vivo is 261 mg (crude drug)/kg; it has good antibacterial effect in vitro and the minimum inhibitory concentration to 8 strains of pneumococci ( MIC) is 0.02 to 0.16g (crude drug)/ml; anti-inflammatory test shows that the effect of inhibiting early inflammation is better, while the effect of middle and late inflammation is not good; there is also analgesia, expectoration, etc. effect. Conclusion: Compound throat tea has a good effect on acute pharyngitis
