目的 评价新式剖宫产术式的特点。方法 分析 35 0例新式剖宫产产妇术中、术后情况 ,并与同期子宫下段剖宫产比较 ,观察手术时间、出血量、术后进食时间及排气时间等。结果 新式剖宫产较子宫下段剖宫产手术时间平均缩短约14min(P <0 0 1) ,术后进食平均早 12h(P <0 0 1) ,术后排气时间平均早 16h(P <0 0 1) ,出血量平均少 12 2ml(P <0 0 1) ,对膀胱无干扰 ,术后无血尿及排尿困难。结论 新式剖宫产优点多 ,在临床上值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the characteristics of the new cesarean section. Methods 355 cases of new cesarean section during and after operation were analyzed and compared with the cesarean section of the lower uterine segment in the same period. The operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative eating time and exhaust time were observed. Results The new cesarean section was shorter than that of the lower uterine segment for cesarean section by about 14 minutes (P <0.01), and the average postoperative period was 12 hours (P <0.01). The mean duration of postoperative exhaust was 16 hours (P < 0 01). The average amount of bleeding was 12 2 ml less (P 0 01). There was no disturbance to the bladder and no hematuria and dysuria after operation. Conclusion The advantages of new cesarean section, worth promoting in the clinic.
