一台日制Aloka SSD-250型B超仪在正常使用十一年后,一日开机发现图象监示器及摄影用显示器上均无显示,而操作台面上各键指示灯均亮。考虑系电源系统出现故障。打开后盖板测量各组电压,发现+5V、15A的电源输出电压为零。该机+5V、15A电源为一独立的开关稳压电源,逐取出该电源组件,打开盒盖检查,发现主要故障为一大功率开关管2SC2650损坏,并引起另一线绕电阻烧坏、故停机待买回元件后修复。但原装元件不易买到,机器许久不能修复。联想到市售电脑微机用稳压电源亦为开关稳压电源,故买回一总功率为
