上海多功能微泡氧合器的设计结构与临床应用

设计本新型鼓泡器的原则:1.采用微孔发泡法搅动作用提高氧合力;2.充分利用降低表面张力和机械性去泡作用,提高消泡能力;3.采用多层次不同孔径的海绵和滤布滤尽微粒。在结构上分为两部份:1.可反复使用的充氧变温部份为一有机玻璃园柱筒,内藏一可脱卸的螺纹不锈钢管,经过冷热水进行降升血温,筒的下方嵌镶一狭长槽,内装340个细孔的充氧发泡钛管。2.一次使用的塑料袋,分隔成三部,上部供收集心内回血用,其右下方部份为去泡室,由包裹浸涂硅油的海绵和绵纶织布的粗大塑料管组成;其左下方部份作贮藏氧合血用,靠近进出口处装一尼龙过滤网。本氧合器将热交换氧合、去泡、过滤、收集回心血,贮血和测温等功能组合成一体,简化了体外循环的装置和运转,为目前唯一具有如此多功能的氧合器。经130例体外循环心内直视手术的临床使用,效果满意。 The principle of the design of the new bubbler: 1.
