用改良微量TBA(thiobarbituricacid)比色法测定紫外线照射小鼠皮肤组织脂质过氧化产物──丙二醛(malondialdehydeMDA)含量,并观察维生素E、维生素C对小鼠皮肤组织中MDA含量的影响,实验结果表明短期大剂量紫外线照射后,小鼠皮肤组织中MDA含量显著升高;被照射皮肤外涂维生素E可使MDA含量显著降低,而维生素C的效果不明显。提示紫外线照射可加速皮肤老化,而且自由基损伤是其主要发生机制,外用维生素E能有效地防止紫外线引起的皮肤老化。
The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the skin of mice exposed to ultraviolet ray was measured by modified trace TBA (thiobarbituric acid) colorimetric method and the effect of vitamin E and vitamin C on the content of MDA in the skin of mice was observed. The results showed that the content of MDA in mouse skin was significantly increased after short-term high-dose UV irradiation. The content of MDA was significantly decreased when vitamin E was applied to the skin while the effect of vitamin C was not obvious. Tip ultraviolet radiation can accelerate skin aging, and free radical damage is its main mechanism, topical vitamin E can effectively prevent UV-induced skin aging.
