教学目标是预期学生通过教学活动获得的学习效果。在教学中,教学目标有助于指导教师进行教学测量和评价、选择和使用教学策略、提示学生怎样学习,对教学活动具有导向、指引、操作、调控与测量等功能。它是通过教学活动落实课程标准提出的要求,从而在学生身上引起素质和行为的变化。在思想品德课教学中强化目标意识,将目标教学运用于教学实践,有利于优化课堂结构,提高课堂效率。
