一、研究国际性犯罪及其惩处的意义国际性犯罪是国际斗争的产物与表现。自第二次世界大战以来,各种国际犯罪有增无减,不但危害了某一个国家的安全和利益,还严重危害了国际社会的公共秩序和共同利益,因此,必须同国际犯罪作有效斗争。我国是国际社会的一员,国际交往关系越来越广泛,与此同时,也越来越多地受到国际性犯罪的危害。为了保护我国的利益,并维护国际社会的公共秩序和各国人民的正当利益,同国际性犯罪作有效斗争,积极开展对国际性犯罪及其惩处的研究,不仅是我们义不容辞的责任,而且具有迫切性与重要意义。
