长期以来,传统贸易理论推崇自由贸易政策,因为其推进了各国福利的提高。但是在实践中,一些国家却出台了贸易保护政策,关于贸易保护政策相关的理论很多,本文对这种理论构建一种国际政治经济学范畴的分析框架。对我国而言,只有遵循政治经济学规律,采取措施使世界贸易组织规则朝着有利于我们的方向发展,才能不断增强自身竞争力。
For a long time, the traditional trade theory respected the free trade policy because it promoted the improvement of the welfare of all countries. However, in practice, some countries have promulgated trade protection policies. There are many theories related to trade protection policies. This article constructs an analytical framework of international political economics. For our country, only by following the laws of political economy and taking measures to make the rules of the World Trade Organization develop in the direction favorable to us can we continuously enhance our own competitiveness.
