Based on a survey of call centers in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the Philippines from four countries in the world, Professor Anna Christina Hertgren from the University of Copenhagen collected a series of data and information A careful comparison and analysis of data and data led her to conclude that the global diffusion of English does not have to be either a substitution of the language itself or an assimilation of the local language, nor can it be done by affecting the local language style. The communicative style of globalization is an important aspect of sociolinguistics research and an aspect that has not yet been fully realized and studied. The author tries to use the principle of politeness to further develop Professor Hultgren’s view. With a view to arouse the attention of relevant researchers to further explore this new field of research.
