作者在7年间对50例膀胱肿瘤患者采用自力霉素膀胱灌注疗法,有效率达76%,其中肿瘤完全消退者22例(44%),部分消退者16例(32%)。无改变者12例(24%)。患者在接受此疗法前12小时要减少液体摄入量,使注入膀胱的药物能维持足够的浓度。每次将20毫克自力霉素溶于20毫升无菌蒸馏水内,患者排尿后取卧位,通过导尿管注入膀胱内,保留时间越长越好,通常约3小时。每周3次,20次为一疗程。在治疗前,治疗期间和治疗后
In 7 years, 50 patients with bladder cancer were treated with autologous bladder infusion therapy. The effective rate was 76%. Among them, 22 patients (44%) had complete regression of the tumor and 16 patients (32%) partially resolved. No change in 12 cases (24%). Patients should reduce their fluid intake 12 hours prior to receiving the therapy so that the drug infused into the bladder can maintain a sufficient concentration.
