目的:研究同时分析龙船花中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的定性、定量方法,为制定龙船花质量标准奠定实验基础。方法:采用原位预处理-薄层色谱法同时鉴别、采用高效液相色谱法同时测定龙船花中熊果酸和齐墩果酸。结果:薄层鉴别中,熊果酸、齐墩果酸能够很好地被分离,可以同时被检识;含量测定中,熊果酸和齐墩果酸分别在0.6941~6.9412μg、0.3826~3.8264μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9990,n=5),平均回收率(n=6)分别为97.47%(RSD%为1.58%)、101.08%(RSD%为2.01%)。结论:所建立的定性、定量分析方法简便、易行、准确、重复性好,可用于龙船花药材质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the qualitative and quantitative methods for the simultaneous determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Longhua flower, and lay the experimental foundation for the development of Longhua flower quality standard. Methods: Simultaneous determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Longhua flower by HPLC was carried out by in situ pretreatment - TLC. Results: In the TLC identification, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid can be well separated and can be detected simultaneously. In the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid, the contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid are 0.6941 ~ 6.9412μg, 0.3826 ~ 3.8264 (r = 0.9990, n = 5). The average recoveries (n = 6) were 97.47% (RSD% 1.58%) and 101.08% (RSD% 2.01%), respectively. Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are simple, easy, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Longhua anthers.
