航空发动机叶片的型芯残留检测是铸造过程中的一项重要环节,与发动机叶片的工作安全性紧密相关。由于X射线难于透过镍基底发动机叶片,中子的高穿透性使中子成像在发动机叶片检测上更具优势。本文将中子标记成像运用于残芯检出,通过理论计算和中子成像实验探究了中子标记成像对简单结构镍合金中残芯的检出能力。结果表明,中子标记成像适用于简单结构的残芯检出,并具有很高的灵敏度。
Aero-engine blade core residual testing is an important part of the casting process, and the work of engine blades are closely related to the safety. Due to the difficulty of X-rays penetrating nickel-based engine blades, the high penetration of neutrons makes neutron imaging more advantageous for engine blade inspection. In this paper, neutron labeling imaging is applied to the detection of the residual core, and the detection ability of the residual core in the simple structure nickel alloy by neutron labeling imaging is investigated by theoretical calculations and neutron imaging experiments. The results show that neutron labeling imaging is suitable for the detection of simple structure of the residual core and has high sensitivity.
