肾病综合征(NS)除采取综合措施控制原发病外,还要对继发性高脂血症采取积极的治疗措施。临床上常采用绞股兰、舒降之等进行治疗,但效果并不十分理想。本组46例采用血脂康治疗收到较满意的疗效,现报告如下。 一、资料和方法 1.一般资料 46例患者都符合NS诊断标准和继发性高脂血症诊断标准。其中男34例,女12例,最大年龄48岁,最小16岁。列入本组观察治疗前均未服过降血脂药。 Nephrotic syndrome (NS) in addition to take an integrated approach to control the primary disease, but also to take active treatment of secondary hyperlipidemia.
