伴随着我国工程造价咨询行业的不断发展,全过程投资控制的理念不断发展和完善。结合房地产开发项目的特点,梳理了房地产开发项目投资控制的四项原则,论述了在房地产开发的5个不同阶段,进行全过程动态控制的应用细则。最后,用具体案例介绍了全过程投资控制的应用方法。
With the continuous development of China’s engineering cost consulting industry, the concept of investment control in the whole process of continuous development and improvement.
